Great Falls Pilates
Great Falls Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio offering the highest level of instruction and personal attention. We are an equipment-based studio and all teachers are classically certified in the traditional Pilates method. We offer private and duet sessions along with small group pilates and barre classes featuring brand new equipment. Boutique retail is available for clients.
Ashley Gilchrist, Founder and Owner, is a lifelong Great Falls resident and recently left her medical career as a spine specialized Physician Assistant. She is passionate about combining her love for pilates with spine care and overall physical wellness. Pilates is an amazing whole body exercise system that is perfect for all levels of physical fitness, the novice and athlete alike. Joseph Pilates is famous for saying, “In ten sessions you’ll feel the difference, in twenty you’ll see the difference, and in thirty you’ll have a whole new body”.
