Dr. Todd is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and double board certified physician. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in 2005 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2002. Between 2009-2025, she was an attending physician and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C. In 2025, Dr. Todd founded Midlife Medicine to prioritize the care women receive during the menopause transition and address challenges within our current healthcare system, such as inadequate patient support, insufficient time during appointments, inconsistent access to physicians properly trained in menopause care, and the invalidation of women's symptoms in this space. Dr. Todd's goal is for women to regain their sense of self, health and well-being so that midlife becomes a positive turning point in a woman's life, not a road to accelerated chronic disease. She is especially keen on serving women struggling to balance their health with competing demands like aging parents, hormonal teenagers, or busy work schedules.
